 note = {I have been to Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada which is a sister school of Gifu Shotoku Gakuen University. I have stayed and researched as an exchange professor there. In that University, I found an interesting educational system which is called co-operative education system. Department of Computer Science is one of the departments which have the co-operative education system in Lakehead University. This system started few years ago supported by Ontario Government. In this paper, I would like to introduce the education of computer science and the co-operative educational system of Department of Computer Science. This department has succeeded in the educational systems and the number of applicants is increasing.},
