However, his thought has ultimately rational methods of running agricultural activities that are based on transportation cast and rent. Adding to these things, he gave a foundation of resource allocation in the field of income distribution theory. Then I will try to apply his approach to development theory, in terms of sythesizing his ideas and W.A.Lewis's one which are still on a central position in development economics.
