 note = {Today's business environment is changing rapidly. Firms are bing forced to adapt to these changing environments, leading us to rethink what a business should be, and how their structures and methods of management should be in the twenty-first century. In this study, socio-economic enviroments, which might have a major impact on the development of new theories, will be investigated. This socio-economic study might be called a "new comprehensive" approach. In this approach "man" and "society", which have been neglected in previous studies, will be highlighted, and the "material-oriented" approach, which has been prevalent, will be discussed as well. This new approaeh should provide us with new clues to help solve the problems which today's firms are facing.},
