We conducted a survey among residents at condominium units in Nagoya city and the suburbs in Novemver 1992. It can be found that young families who usually receive many visitors and read a positive dietary life receive their visitors directly into their living rooms. Also, they utilize dining tables for visitors service. About 30% of residents entertain formal guests in Japanese-style rooms.
