 note = {Following the results of the questionnaire as report. The author would like to further investigate the following topices. 1) How new teachers feel regarding their employment situation. 2) What is necessary, as perceived by new teachers, to become an excellent, talented educator. 3) What did these new teachers feel they lacked in their university education to prepare them to be successful educator. The results of the present questionnaire showed many similarities with the one given to the students. However, there were sought differences which the author feels should be investigated further. E. g., do new theachers think university training should be longer, or do they reguire more guidance regarding play techniques, and so on.},
