D. K構成の志向や台所の使い勝手にどのように影響するのかを明らかにしようとしたものである。調査結果を要約すると次のようになる。1)現住宅を選択する際,「台所の造り・仕上げ」「室内の仕上げ」といった住宅内部の機能性,居住性に関する項目を重視する割合は,定住志向を示す入居者程高くなる。2)台所に対する評価をL. D. K構成別に比較すると,「K独立」が最も使い勝手が悪い結果となった。その現出として「台所・調理台の狭さ」「窓がない」など集合住宅特有の問題が上位項目に上がっている。3)現住宅のL. D. K構成に対する評価を総合的満足度としてみると,満足の比率は「対面」(62.5%),「LDK」(52.4%),「K独立」(45.7%),「DK」(25.5%)の順に低下する。この満足度は,台所の使い勝手と食事空間の面積との間で相関が大であった。「対面」はLD部分のゆとりと家族のコミュニケーションの得られやすさという点で他タイプより評価が高まったものといえる。4)L.D.K構成志向と食生活志向との間には次の点が確認された。「対面」を志向する人は全体の33%と最も多く,特徴として若い年齢層で,また,「社交性」得点の高いグループといえる。従来型の「DK」志向は減少傾向にあるが(14%),高年齢層で多くみられる。開放的な「LDK」は10%程度の支持ではあるが,このグループは「料理積極性」「インテリア]「社交性」「健康・栄養面」と多方面で高得点を占め,オールマイティ型の食生活スタイルを示すことが注目される。今回の調査結果からは,入居者の「対面」志向の強さが把握できたが,今後このタイプが住戸平面の主流となり得るのか,またそれぞれのタイプと入居者の食生活スタイル及び接客観などがどのような関連性を示すのかといった点について,今後さらに考察を深める必要があろう。"}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The purpose of this study is to clarify the relation between residents' dietary life and composition of L.
