The curriculum in 1992 is mainly to study personal computer communication. The school hours of compute education decreased than last year because of the another day off once a month in school system. The lesson was giben by one hour per two weeks. The computer class organized as an activity of club between the 4th grade and 6th grade, where members are25. Two networks are used for personal computer communication. One is PC-VAN and other is NIFTY-Serve. The children wrote 12 electric mails for elementary school spread throughout the country with in 6 months, and they take 12 electric mails from these schools. They introduced themselves in the electric mails and became friends with strangers. The problem of computer education used by personal computer communication are as follows. 1. The communications with other schools can't continue for long time because of school holidays. 2. The costs of compute communication are expensive. 3. Teacher should teach importance of information. Computer literacy of the children developed with use of personal computer communication.
