 note = {この研究は, 今, 大きな社会問題にまで拡大している「いじめの問題」について, 中学生を対象にして, 学校教育, 家庭教育といった面から, その根源を探ね, これに対する対策を考察したものである。その結果, 次のことが明らかにされた。第1に, 今の子ども(中学生)は生活の目標も現実的で理想に乏しい。意志も弱く, 正義感や順法の精神も薄い。我意や甘えが目立っている。このことが, 個人的な好嫌で, しかも深い理由もなく容易にいじめに参加し, しかも, 弱者に対して, 歯止めが利かないまでに拡大する因となっている。第2に, 直接的な動機は, うっぷんを晴らすことに中心があるが, うっぷんの最大のものは教科の理解が困難であること。家庭においては, 満足な状態にありながらも, 親の過大な期待感から, 命令的, 干渉的態度で接しられていること。教師の指導態度にも, 学校毎に差はあるが, 改善すべき余地が多分にあること等が挙げられる。教育対策については, 戦後教育の反省に立って, 民主主義教育のあるべき姿を考察し, 家庭教育に対しても, 親の理解ある態度を強調した。また, 社会的影響を無視して教育は考えられないので, 社会的影響に対する対策も附帯的に言及した。, This is a study on the problem of ijime (bullying or a group attack on an individual) in schools, which has become one of the most serious social problems in Japan. After making a survey of the second-year students in junior high school (8 th graders), the causes of the problem were investigated with a view to suggesting possible preventive measures. From a pedagogical point of view, the roots of ijime lie in the developmental stage of the child. The survey has revealed that most children today have no specific objectives in life, have a weak will and little sense of justice, and are extremely self-centered. These seem to be the factors leading the student to easily join in a group attack on a particular individual purely on the basis of personal likes and dislikes of the victim. In this case, the aim of education should be to bring up the child with stronger will and mind. Another explanation of ijime is that it is a way of giving vent to the accumulated frustration of the child. At school the work is extremely overloaded. At home parents tend to interfere in the child's own affairs beyond tolerance as the result of overprotectiveness. Based on these observations, specific measures are suggested as to how education should be both at school and at home by taking some of the social problems into consideration.},
